Laser cutting
Laser cutting
Laser cutting is a modern method of sheet metal processing, in which the cutting factor is a laser beam with very high power and gaseous nitrogen. The main advantage of this method is high precision, speed and repeatability of processed elements.
We have the most modern machines that allow us to cut sheets of any thickness from non-ferrous metals, to produce the highest quality edges.
Characteristics of cutting lasers
Maximum laser power | 4000 W |
Maximum sheet thickness of structural steel | 25 mm |
Maximum sheet thickness of refined steel | 20 mm |
Maximum sheet thickness of aluminium | 20 mm |
Maximum sheet thickness of copper | 8 mm |
Maximum sheet thickness of brass | 8 mm |
The main advantages of our cutting lasers
- The sheet is cooled during the cutting process, which enables cutting new geometries.
- Extremely fast cutting, especially in thin sheets.
- Treatment of non-ferrous metals with nitrogen eliminates reflection on metal sheets.
- The possibility to process foil sheets.
